Palmwoods Tennis Club
The Palmwoods Tennis Club (PTC) is located on the western side of the Palmwoods township at 53 Palmwoods-Montville Road. It has six, flood-lit artificial grass courts. The Club has an active membership of players of all ages and stages, an excellent, qualified coach, and welcomes casual daytime hire.
Tineli T2 Enviro Racing
Tineli T2 Enviro Racing Team is a dedicated Masters Men’s & Women’s Team concentrating on Masters QRTS Series, State and National level racing as well as supporting the Sunshine Coast Cycling Club events and Cycling Queensland Open Races.
Woombye Snakes Football Club
Woombye Snakes Football Club is one of the oldest soccer clubs on the Sunshine Coast. It has has its origins dating back to 1968 (Woombye Soccer Club as it was known back then) when Sunshine Coast Soccer was formed, making it a foundation club of soccer on the Sunshine Coast. The Club has a rich history in Sunshine Coast Football, and is one of few clubs on the Coast that has been represented in the Men’s 1st Division each and every year since its inception.
Woombye Snakes FC is focussed on player enjoyment and participation, as it is our belief that enjoyment of football is the ultimate goal.
Our community club welcomes all players and promotes a safe and fun environment for the whole community. Come and enjoy family friendly fun for everyone. We support Palmwoods, The Hinterland and the local Sunshine Coast community.
The Hinterland Football Club has a long and storied history on the Sunshine Coast, established in 1970 and formerly known as Nambour and Hinterland AFC. Based in Palmwoods, we have members from under 6's all the way through to our senior men's and women's teams.
Palmwoods Bowls Club
Set in the beautiful Hinterland of the Sunshine Coast, just off the Bruce Highway, South of Nambour, our small historic Club, established in 1931, is bordered by beautiful rainforest areas and the delightful Duck Pond (where platypus spotting is a fun occupation).
Palmwoods Devils Rugby League Club
Palmwoods rugby league club is one of the few foundation clubs in the Sunshine Coast Rugby League competition. Founded in 1920 we have a proud history of producing talented players including the likes of Mal Meninga. The Palmwoods Devils Rugby League Club has built a strong club based on family values and believe that every player deserves their time on the field and not just warming the bench.
We boast many features including a large modern clubhouse with a viewing deck, electronic scoreboards, lights and new goal posts. All our coaches and support volunteers are qualified through the play nrl program. Our committee are a dedicated group who strive hard to keep our great club moving forward.
